Happy New Year from Barrisol BC. To start the year we would like to share with you a printed and backlit Barrisol ceiling we installed at The Smithe by Boffo Developments in Vancouver, BC. It features the art of local BC artist, Ben Reeves.

​Thanks to Boffo Developments for the following video, which so well encapsulates the beauty of the design concept and the Barrisol stretch ceiling itself. Our congratulations to artist Ben Reeves for the creation of this stunning public art piece, Viewpoint. As Jan Ballard said, it is "a jewel in the sky".

More to the story....

​An interesting coincidence is that artist Ben Reeves teaches at Emily Carr University and the photographer, Rachel Topham, has worked with us previously to photograph the art of Emily Carr (Big Raven) as part of a residential project that we completed a few years back in collaboration with the Vancouver Art gallery. For more info click here.
