The environment is important for Barrisol for over 55 years and therefore we are using only 100% recyclable materials for our ceilings. Our range of Barrisol Biosource membranes contain in their composition a plasticizer of plant origin.

Barrisol Biosource is ideal for all your construction and renovation projects, to help you successfully decarbonize your buildings and allow an infinite number of decorations.

In addition our profiles are made of recycled aluminium and are 100% recyclable making the recycling process even more respectful of the environment. Furthermore our profiles and ceilings are reusable.

Barrisol Biosource is EPD certified.

Barrisolv is a member of the Canada Green Building Council.  

Earn points in LEED certified buildings. The ceiling membranes, tracks, and the boxes they come in are all 100% recyclable. The production process uses no water and there are no emission of CFC and HCFC. Barrisol® ceilings do not contain Cadmium. Their longevity exceeds 20 years and there is no need for painting.

Barrisol® ceilings are light weight (250g/sm) and easy to transport; minimizing transport charges, fuel for shipping and energy required. The installation process is simple and efficient. Barrisol® uses 20 times fewer resources when compared to classical materials.
Barrisol® also offers a line of ceiling membranes that are made from 50% recycled materials.
