September marks the return of the school year so we wanted to feature one of our favorite Barrisol school installations.
Mulgrave School in West Vancouver features 14 suspended white triangular ceilings, 2 back lit leaf shaped ceilings, and 1 back lit round ceiling. The white triangular ceilings contain tiny micro perforations that turn sound waves into heat energy. Barrisol's micro-perforated fabrics are used to target adjust sound absorption and room reverberation time.
